Shipping & Returns
We will usually ship your order to you within 48 hours of your payment being accepted by our bank (see Terms and Conditions).
We will use the name and address that you supply to ship your order.
We package your product to protect it from damage as far as practical in the shipping process.
We ship through various methods and although we take good care to pack your products carefully and we check the service descriptions of the shippers, the shipping process is outside of our control.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or that you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you can make a claim by emailing us at email@example.com. You should describe what you were expecting and what actually happened and why you are not happy. If appropriate, please send a photo showing the issue with the product or the packaging. We will evaluate your claim and, at our total discretion, either replace the product or refund your payment, or both, with our apology if appropriate, or we will advise you of any other action or non-action that we may take.
